Re: More thumbnail sizes to pick from
Some very interesting ideas.
I must agree with admin though, speed is the most important thing. XYplorer is the only file explorer that thumbnails appear instantly, after they are created for the first time of course.
Everything else i've tried through the years is really slow and/or uses the windows explorer's thumbnail cache which is automatically deleting the cache at random times, plus there is a size limit on how many thumbs you can have stored in cache which makes the cache system pretty much useless.
Speed, the internal cache and the Folder views are the three things that made me "fall in love" with XYplorer from day one.
Just my 2 cents

Re: More thumbnail sizes to pick from
I work with a custom computer from Digital Storm optimized for Photoshop and a monitor with 3840x2160 resolution. The 675px maximum thumbnail size is inadequate since I can't read my receipts in a left window pane in order to enter data in a right window pane. On my laptop (also 3840 horizontal resolution) I can't read anything at all - even photographic images are too small to view. Does anyone know of a workaround? Since I have room for a third window is there a program which I can use to view the images larger without having to open each one in Photoshop?

Floating Preview (F11), Preview Pane (Ctrl+F11), Hover Box (Configuration | Information | File Info Tips & Hover Box | Show Hover Box)... many options for you.
Anyway, I will offer more and larger thumbnail sizes to pick from in the next beta.

The post previous to Don's here viewtopic.php?p=191497#p191497 appears to be a duplicate of mine here viewtopic.php?p=172067#p172067 on page 1 only broken up into smaller separate paragraphs.
