For any (probably bad) reason I had a temp directory within my X1 index directory with more than 100K subdirs. (not good, I know..)
Just to mention that XY plorer remained stuck when I tried to select all the directories (Ctrl A) in order to delete them.
I had to kill the unresponding XYplorer session and revert to windows explorer to get it done.
just for info, X1 is an indexer tool based on file content (not only file name) with built in viewer.
Best regards
LG

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Update to the current beta and try again and just to make sure: XYplorer.exe is excluded from your Antivirus engine?

Re: XY plorer does not like directories with many subdirs...
Thank You !
Cant try now because all the directories have been killed. Will try next time such a case occurs.
I cannot change the antivirus settings as they are managed by the company. Might ask the IT guys to do it.
