:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

branch view time format can't save

Post by yogi »

I use hh:nn time format in a Details View
But in the branch view, the time format (hh:nn) does not inherit
Instead, the system's long-time format is used by default
Even in the branch view manually modified to hh:nn will not be saved
Is this bug?
XYplorer Version: 27.20.0900 (32-bit)
Windows Version: windows 10 21h2 19044.2006
Screen Scaling Percentage: 100%

I admit this is kind of unexpected. Here is a way for you to handle it for the time being (I will look at a fix later):
1) Do a search via the Find Files tab.
2) In the search results list, set the time format the way you want it.
3) Switch to another non-search-results tab.
4) Now the new time format should also stick with Branch View and Quick Search results.
