What exactly is this item? Looks like it should have been deleted but avoided you at the time of reckoning.
I can't find it in the actual list, but if I make a cheat sheet of "Category / Command, Shortcut(s), Description, Scope" with command IDs it's in the clipboard contents.
Entering ::#900 gives a function not found error.

2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
