Under the "Send to", the links are missing to the two Bluebeam shortcuts.
When I am using Windows Explorer instead of XYPlorer, the links to the shortcuts are good.
***Please reference the attched screenshots***
Now, these menus are both part of Windows and not isolated to the two different software – that I know of. I do know that when I am using XYPlorer, I do not
have the Combine or Convert options, just the “Send to – PDF Printer or Stapler”
- “Bluebeam/Revu Technical Support said that I should reach out to XYPlorer tech support because this is only happening while I am using XYPlorer.
I have a suspicion the fix will be registry-related.
I was able to replicate this exact issue on multiple computers.
***Any help resolving would be awesome! I did briefly search the existing forums for something close but did not get anything very useful.
