Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once.

Frequently crashes
Hi, I experience frequently crashes with the last version of XYplorer. I don't understand the problem and I can't figure out what this depends on, maybe because I use network folders with which it is very slow. Is there a way to log the error and show it to someone who knows about it?
Re: Frequently crashes
A few questions to start with:
1. What are your XYplorer and Windows versions?
2. When XYplorer crashes, do you get a Windows error message or a XYplorer message? Can you post a screenshot of such an error message?

Re: Frequently crashes
My OS is Windows 10 with recent patches and the XYplorer is the last version. I have tried to uninstall even with Revo Uninstaller and install from scratch but unsuccesfully. No error message appears.

Re: Frequently crashes
There are only two known reasons for crashes:
1) Faulty 3rd party shell extensions.
2) PDF preview using Adobe preview handlers.
Number 1 can be worked around by ticking Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Usability | Context Menus | Hide shell extensions from shell context menu.
Number 2 can be worked around by using another preview handler for PDF-preview (e.g. PDF-XChange).
