Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Is hoverbox not supposed to work on iconized tabs?

You're right. It doesn't work on iconized tabs for me either.

Just to piggy back a semi related issue to this topic, I find it also doesn't work if you have manually relocated a tab to a env/xy variable location, or using the portable ? syntax.

Don, that works great. 
However, If I can offer a small critique, I would prefer that I could hoverbox tabs without having folders selected under "Select Item Types...". I would expect that I could have one without the other popping up. Prefer the right click for hoverbox on folders.
