Custom toolbar icons with labels too small to read

After upgrading to to 21.40 from 21.30, my custom toolbar icons with labels are not normal size, and the label is unreadable. I'm using small icons with zoom 1.0.

Well, that is the result of a fixed bug. Before, the font was too large to show the same length of text as with larger toolbar sizes. Now you see the whole text, but too small to read. :mrgreen:

OK, your screenshot nicely demonstrates that I should undo that "fix". :) I will...
