Search by contents ---> no results

I failed to search for contents from a list of word DOCX files. It worked fine before, but the result only triggers "This field is empty". I currently use v 21.20.0100.

SearchFilterView from Nirsoft lists an entry with

offfiltx.dll	Office Open XML Format Word Filter <a lot more columns>

registering the extensions .docm, .docx and .dotx?

Sorry, "this view is empty". Found item: 0. While I am sure the word I am looking for consists in one of the DOCX in that specific folder.

What you want me to do with the code? And how to register this is necessary?

The file exits in the Microsoft Office 15 folder. It is updated as part of the Office 365 subscription.
I have to idea how to solve this issue from XYplorer. I use the program for 4-5 years but never faced this issue.

Are these both enabled:

Configuration | Other | Shell Integration | 64-bit Windows | Use 64-bit IFilters for content search
Configuration | Other | Shell Integration | 64-bit Windows | Fall back to IFilters of the other bitness
