How to Change Highlight Color for Toolbar Buttons

Is there any way to change the highlight color that surrounds Toolbar buttons that have on and off states, such as the Ghost Filter and Preview Pane buttons shown below?

I'm working on a laptop that has very bad color rendering, and I can barely make out the powder blue color on the Toolbar. I would like to change the color to a darker blue or pale red, but I don't see a color setting associated with the Toolbar in the configuration dialog.

If this is not currently user-configurable, I would like to request that feature.

You can change back to the default "XYplorer Style", you currently have changed it to "Windows Theme Style", the option to do this is in the Customize Toolbar Dialog, Options button, besides these 2 styles there are no others.
