No tab highlight background color after setting tab background color

If I set a custom background color for each tab, the set tab background highlight color in Configuration does not apply.

In Configuration > Colors, do you have have "Match selected tab with Breadcrumb bar" checked? If you do, when the tab is selected the colors will match the BC. When the tab is not selected it will have your chosen colors. If you don't have that checked in Configuration, it should display your chosen colors all the time.
