I would prefer a combination of bold+text color change. The color should be red or darker - not like the default orange of this forum, which I find very hard to read *and* find.

EDIT: I appreciate that this feature is a lot of work. I'd be happy if it at least makes the roadmap! It may be worth a full version upgrade to implement this. How about in 7.00.0001 or 8.00.0001 :)

:) No, come on, this is not my level of full version upgrade... :) ... it's hardly worth a minor upgrade... ... but it is on my internal roadmap.

To be honest, I didn't pay much attention to what changed between version 5 and version 6, since I first came to the XY party later in the v6 cycle. So I don't have a good grasp of what makes a new version upgrade worthwhile. I apologize for unintentionally trivializing the process!

Upon further reflection, I should have said that this feature should be part of a full version upgrade. That would have indicated my willingness to wait, and suggested this as a bullet point for the "What's New" page for the next version. ;)

"willingness to wait" What a rare virtue! This makes you a true Zen User!
