When syncing a folder to two external disks, with the folder to be synced in Pane 1, it's not unlikely that one would click on the second folder in Pane 2 (for the second sync), and then "forgets" to make Pane 1 current, resulting in syncing the folder in Pane 2 to Pane 1.
I've been bitten by this, not once...
Would it be possible to add a tweak to set the default "from" pane for the sync to Pane 1 (or of course Pane 2), and pop-up a warning that your user seems to be syncing the "wrong" way?

Immediately set SyncStandardSourcePane=1, but maybe you can put the focus on the "Cancel" button?
Happy bunny!
