Stupid question - accessing phone, tablet, or camera from XYplorer

For some reason, XYplorer only sees my C:\ drive and none of the peripherals connected to the computer, even though they are visible in Windows Explorer. I have even tried copying the "URL" without any success

And you have Configuration | General | Tree and List | Items in Tree and List | Show portable devices
enabled?
