color filters on empty folders

I looked for a subject on this but couldn't find anything. Is there a way to place a color filter on a folder by size. i.e. An empty folder would be black or red. And a folder with 10MB or more would be another color. Just curious. I've read the help but could find anything directly that would color a folder based on size.
