Mouse Down in OneDrive folder doenst work

Hi guys,

i've got a problem and i dont even know if this a bug or if it's just a tricky thing.
mouse down blow preview does work really fine if hover over a pdf file on local folders, but it doesnt work for pdfs in onedrive (the same thing for icloud drive).
both clouds are offline available, so technically they are local.

the pdfs in one drive dont even have a thumbnail preview, but the strange thing is when i move the pdfs to locale harddisk, they suddenly get a thumbnail preview. when i move the pdfs back to onedrive, they keep their thumbnail previews, but mouse down blow still doesnt work (error message is "can not decode").

is there a solution for this problem?

You could try, if not already enabled, enabling Tools > Configuration > Information > File Info Tips > For junctions as well.

If that doesn't work, can you post your PDF viewer name and version?

I tried it, but it still doesnt work.

I use PDF-XChange Viewer, Version 2.5 (Build 322.10)

I can confirm the problem with the latest versions of XYplorer and PDF-XChange Viewer on Windows 10 2004 x64. I'm hoping the developer will see this when he gets back.

Is this confined to PDFs or does it affect also e.g. images?
