XYcopy: Remove merge folders confirmation

Starting from windows 8, Windows no longer asks you to confirm the merge of folders, XY should do the same
To see the attached files, you need to log into the forum.

This is configurable via Tools > Configuration > File Operations > Custom Copy Operations > Configure... > Ask before merging folders.
