"Copy path" from BC without final backslash
I think that, for the sake of consistency, a path copied with the "Copy path" command in the right click menu of the BC shouldn't have the final backslash - like the path you see in the AB, the path you can copy via "Copy path" in the AB right click menu, and the path you can copy via the "Copy location term" (albeit not exactly a path) in a tab right click menu.

Re: "Copy path" from BC without final backslash
There are other places where the path is copied with final backslash, e.g. Ctrl+P in Tree, or right-click menu "Copy Path" in Tree.

Re: "Copy path" from BC without final backslash
And what's the rationale behind having some commands that return with an ending backslash and some which don't?

Uniformity is so boring, you bloody philistines. Well, okay, it's a nerd's world. So, gentlemen, we all agree to say farewell to the final backslash?

Re: "Copy path" from BC without final backslash
Well, the vision of uniformity I had in mind was: Each galaxy has a center, but ...
Und weil es sich so g**l liest, nochmals.
I do.
But as I'm pretty confident about the XY community (and if I fail there's always an outer space), consideration of another tweak "CopyPathBackslashed= 0|1" might be appropriate.
Well, XYplorer "dark knight" edition rocks anyway ...

Using a capital P would make you a native or inhabitant of ancient Philistia - you can't be that old?
(had to look up philistines after its first usage here, that's where this comes from)

it has been solved? I have same problem when copy path by "Ctrl+P"Marco wrote: ↑24 Jan 2019 19:24 I think that, for the sake of consistency, a path copied with the "Copy path" command in the right click menu of the BC shouldn't have the final backslash - like the path you see in the AB, the path you can copy via "Copy path" in the AB right click menu, and the path you can copy via the "Copy location term" (albeit not exactly a path) in a tab right click menu.

Re: "Copy path" from BC without final backslash
I'll look into this after the transformation to 64-bit.
