Weird Cannot Preview

Hello All,

It's been over 2 years now that I use XY in combination with Foxit Reader to preview PDF's. No issue until few days back.

Now, for 99% of PDF files, I have the "Cannot Preview" message.
But what is strange, is that some PDF files (just a few amongst hundreds) have a no issue and still can be previewed.

Why something which has been working for months suddenly stops for almost but not all files ???

Ooops yes sorry: 20.80.0400.

By the way not a big deal but the auto-update didn't work properly as not able to kill the process. Had to kill the current process via the Task Manager and then install last version after manual download. But everything is fine that side.

I'll upload a fix for the PDF issue later tonight. BTW, it seems to affect Foxit users only.

Concerning the self-update: Seems to work fine here. Probably just a one-time hickup.

Everything is fine now with PDF preview and it seems to me that they load faster than before. All good.

I am having the same issue- can't preview PDF files anymore, even though I've been able to for years.
Just downloaded the latest Beta release 20.80.0503.
I'm using Nitro Pro 13 (newest version). No version of Adobe is installed on my system.
Attached is a screen capture showing how the Previewed Formats seems to be correct.
