I am in process of migrating from one machine to another, so I have opened XY and have one pane on the old computer and one pane on the new one.
This works well for comparing things, except when the folder size isn't accurate -- In the attached image, the crashdump directories are actually identical, but the lower pane (on the local drive!) appears to be only getting the size of one of the files inside, but the upper pane (remote machine) is accurate.
Any idea why this would happen, and how to fix it?

Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Re: Folder size not accurate
The tilde preceding the file sizes indicates Tools > Configuration > Tree and List > Cache folder sizes, is enabled. Disabling this should help?
Re: Folder size not accurate
Ah, yes! That was it! I totally didn't realize that was what the "~" meant!
Thanks much!

Re: Folder size not accurate
Thanks, that's perfect! I was annoyed by this discrepancy as well as it caused trouble when copying stuff on flash drives or on my external HDD, but now I've disabled this option and I get the real sizes now.
