The folder was empty, it was a "Move" operation, done by XYplorer. Nothing else was using the folder, I don't even have a Virus scanner installed.

But it is not opened with another program but only with XYplorer.

After that I can't even close XYplorer the regular way (with X or "File" --> "Exit"), it simply doesn't close. I have to terminate XYplorer the hard way.

The Windows Explorer has no problem to rename that folder, BUT only after I terminated XYplorer first.
