context menu Properties and Alt-Enter inconsistent behaviour

When multiple items are selected, right-click context menu Properties brings up a dialog showing common properties of the items selected (this is correct, this is what I want, this is what Windows Explorer does too), but when I press Alt-Enter, the Properties dialog shows properties of only one of the items.

If not, please read that and follow up there...just trying to help limit the number of redundant threads when possible...
