Backups - only files with archive bit set

Why isn't there an option F9 ->File Operations -> Backup Operations (Configure) to make backups of only those files where the "archive" bit is set, with the additional option to (not) reset it, in other words like "XCOPY /a" or "XCOPY /m"?

I would like to do my (incremental) backups from within XY using drag & drop, rather than having to use .BAT files or to open a command window, and to also change the destination directory.
