One-click clear all button in Tags info pane

Add a "Clear all" button near the "Apply", and "Reset" buttons in Tags pane. This button shall clear all tags, labels, and comments of the selected item.
Or, add a Clear/X button beside the labels, tags, and comments boxes that clears each type of tag individually.
