The "Location" field is already located on the "Properties" tab:

Also, just so you know, the extra tag "Location" and the file's actual location are not tied together. The location tag can contain any arbitrary string that is accepted in the addressbar -- any filesystem location, or script, search, filter or spot pattern etc.
