Update 16 not silent?

OK thanks, I had forgotten about the "2" flag. I ran it again using SC update 1+2+16+128; and it did a silent update. Of course in this case it wasn't totally silent because it provided the message up front that I was currently using v19.50.0119, but I believe that's to be expected even when silent or maybe it shouldn't?

Oh OK. So that means we could always use SC update 1+2+16+128; with a '2' flag and be totally silent in the future.
