AutoSizeColumnsSkips needs a new option: LiveFilter

I use AutoSizeColumnsSkips tweak (with value 15) to keep my folder view intact while I am in a folder. Sometimes I need to see something on the right side so I make columns shorter (or to see something better, make columns wider) temporarily in that folder. Using 15 ensures that autosizing will happen only when I leave that folder. This logic is ruined by using the Live Filter, it will autosize my columns anyway. I would like to ask for a new option, AutoSizeColumnsSkipsLiveFilter=16, which could supress autosizing when something is being written into the Live Filter Box.

Actually, I think the Live Filter should never autosize columns. No tweak necessary.
