Remove icon from status bar

Not exavtly sure if that's what you're looking for, but how about Options > "Startup & Exit" > "Minimize to tray"?

Personally, I use status bar to display last modify date, instead of file name:

StatusBar3OnFile="Modified <datem yyyy-mm-dd hh:nn>"

And icon looks redundant in this case.
