Can't click on a file or select file with mouse in thumbnail mode

Can't click on a file or select file with mouse in thumbnail mode(128x128 or 192x192),and i have enabled single click on icon opens list items.

Using latest beta in win 10

I assume XY is entering MDBU mode? Try enabling this:

Configuration | Preview | Mouse Down Blow Up | Allow dragging items by the thumbnail

Or alternatively if you have captions enabled you can click on the captions instead, or disable MDBU altogether if you want, or switch it to use right mouse button instead:

Configuration | Preview | Mouse Down Blow Up | On left mouse down (popup stays up until button is released)

PS:

Note: In Thumbnails view Single Click Open works only if Mouse Down Blow Up (On left mouse down) is
OFF, else both features would conflict.

Also in 192x192 view,I am getting like this --

So the initial report is mitigated now?

Regarding the black thumbnails, try changing this option:

Configuration | Preview | Thumbnails | Quality == Fast

and then while still in 192x192 view:

View | Caches | Refresh Thumbnails
