Open configuration from description in <clp>

The changelog mentions where to find settings (e.g. new ones) and we often post "links" like:
Configuration | Preview | Mouse Down Blow Up | On right mouse up

A really cool thing would be this:
If the configuration screen is invoked, XY checks what's inside the clipboard (must be text and a single line) and if it contains such a "descriptive link" it opens the config at this place and highlights the entry (just the way as the "Jump to Setting..." does it).
