Issue with portable device

I can see my phone in XYplorer but while it show the card and phone sub-folders in it, it can't list any files inside them and shows an empty view.

edit: its a samsung galaxy note 4 and XYplorer 18.90.0100

Please search for either "phone" or "portable device" on this forum first and see if one of the numerous existing threads you find explains your situation rather than starting yet another one.

It's a bug since the Win10 1703 update. XYplorer's dev is aware.

Only workaround yet is to use Windows Explorer.
