Tag.dat, I can open and edit with Notepad. Fvs.dat, I opened it with Notepad, and there was a garbled code in it. What is the way fvs.dat should be opened? I want to add some folder settings manually.

You can't. At some point all these binary setting files will be opened up by converting them to just text files but this hasn't happen yet
