is that possible to have this option like a check box in configuration ?
Can be cool

Video Thumbnail Preview, can be cool too, with mouse hover the thumbnail of the video, like youtube, some screenshot of the video on the thumbnail ?

You mean animated thumbnails? Forget it.

But we have Mouse Down Blow Up for Animated Gifs which is pretty cool already.

I just noticed the other day that animated cursors (*.ani) don't work in MDBU but normal cursors do, would this be difficult to add so they popup like animated GIFs?

edit: I should add it is not something I desperately need, it was just an observation.

Yes, difficult. XYplorer never supported preview or thumbnails of ANI files. AFAIK.
