Relative symblic link and mount point is no longer shown in latest 18.7

I remember it was working in 18.50.0001 but some how everything breaks after 18.50.0307.
Seems the current situation is more complex than before:
Relative symbolic :
1. It is not displayed as relative(as is) in tooltip. previously is shown before 18.50.0001
2. relative symbolic is not shown in special property column(junction target) previously is shown before 18.50.0001

Mount point:
1. Mount point info is not shown in tooltip (like \??\Volume{7597fd7d-d96a-11e5-9e93-806e6f6e6963}\) previously shown before 18.50
2. Mount point is not shown in special property column(junction target) previously shown before 18.50
