:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

pdf scaling problems with 3200x1800

Post by qofmiwok »

When going to large thumbnails sizes, pdf's don't scale. jpg's are the only file type where the thumbnail scales. For the others, the space for the thumbnail gets larger. For example going from 192x192 to 675x675 changes it from 12 across to 3 across. But the actual thumbnails are only a tiny bit larger. The rest is white space.

Touchscreen fixes mentioned elsewhere don't solve this.

I am running latest version of Windows 10.

Might depend on the PDF thumbnail handler. Seems to work better here (using PDF-Xchange).

Could you please provide a screenshot of the situation?
