Custom Delimiter for Exporting Report to CSV

In the Properties panel, Report/Tree Structure (or /Info to CSV), the resulting saved file has a comma as a delimiter.
Since the exported file size is also comma separated into '000 groups, this results in separate columns for each file/dir '000 size group in Excel - which is wrong.

It would help to have a user defined delimiter for such exports - just as the Report/Current List panel has.

I just noticed on the new settings page that it has "CVS field seperator" written, should this be CSV instead?
