Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Device (e.g. phone) support is broken in Win 10
In Windows 10, device support (such as cell phones) no longer works. Sometimes this means that the device simply doesn't show up in the tree at all. Other times, it shows up - and if you click it, the list pane will show the "partitions", but if you try to go into them, you get a "path not available" error.

Re: Device (e.g. phone) support is broken in Win 10
For some months I thought it was just one of those countless Win10 bugs and hoped they would fix it. Now I gave up and try to work around it. It's tricky. I guess I need 2-3 weeks...
