New Time Stamp menu

This is a good idea, but the obvious is missing: the option "apply the date/time of now"
(the so-called "touch" function in the programmer's world)

Don't know which new time stamp menu you're talking about but in the Info Panel just clear any of the dates to "touch" it.

Also in the new menu/dialog you can "touch" by completely emptying the box.

Nevertheless I will add "Touch" to the menu.
