I noticed today in the Mini Tree that there are several old mapped-network drive locations listed there.
The drives have long been unmapped from the computer, yet XYplorer lists them there along with some subfolders. Seems very strange, since I can't access the drives nor the folders.
How can I get rid of these drives/folders in the Mini Tree? And why are they there now anyway?

That said, I'd like to figure out how to get the old locations out of XYplorer's data set, such that even with that setting at "1" they wouldn't show up in the Mini Tree.

?
You need to tweak that setting back to 0...
If they don't disappear after that tweak you can remove them by right clicking those dead links
and choose "Hide Folder from Mini Tree"

Yes, I know I can "hide" them. But I'd prefer to be able to edit the actual data source that is holding onto the locations in the first place, and "get rid" of them. Make sense?
Tweaking setting to 0 does not scrub that data. They reappear when setting=1.

Then edit the MiniTreePaths= line in XYplorer's .ini file...

Just for info, Mini Trees can also be edited, deleted and added via List Management...Tools > List Management > Mini Tree...
