:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Lock Home Zone

Post by msalvatori »

Using v6.30, for a tab with a Home Lock Zone, I am able to browse outside of this zone without generating a new tab.

Works alright here. Is it maybe the "Default" tab? This cannot work...

It works on my machine at home. My machine at work is what prompted my observation. I'll double-check . . . .

The behavior is different on my machine at work. When I click outside of the home zone, XY shifts its focus to the next tab on the right, or the first tab if I was in the final tab.

Have you limited the number of tabs? (config/advanced)

Tabs are unlimited. Re-reading the thread, I realized I had not answered your earlier question. Yes, my machine at work did have another tab set as the default tab. After removing the default tab setting, everything behaves as expected. Thank you for helping me understand the default tab feature.
