Hi,
I am running version 18.10
I have disabled the "Preview Formats" for "Video Files" but it doesn't work. See my settings from the attached images.
I tried to disable all other "Preview Formats", when I click on an image it will show "File type excluded from preview in configuration." But for video it still take time (depending on file size, some video can take couple seconds for the preview thumbnail) to generate the preview. How can I completely disable this feature?

1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

I'll check that, thanks for the report.
BTW,
- what are you screen settings (125% or so?) -- because some captions are partly cut in your screen shot.
- or did you enlarge the font size within XYplorer?

It should look better now with Segoe UI 11.
