If you search for text strings in files it would be really nice to have some highligtning of the found words in the resulted files (in the preview window)
(Maybe either load an api-based rtf-box with highlightning in the same place as the preview window or use IE and highlight with html?...
or just highlight (select) the matching rows in today's existing preview listbox?)

I agree that this would be a nice feature to add. Right now I have to fire up my text searching tool of choice (Agent Ransack) whenever I want to SEE where in the files the text is. This is fine, since AR is a pretty powerful and fast utility, but being able to do it right in XY would be awesome. Below is a screenshot of how Agent Ransack does it, which seems pretty functional.
(I searched for the text 'XYplorer', of course

This would be nice, but if you want a nice effect for showing where the text shows up, check out Safari Beta 3.0.3 and search for text on a page
Alternatively, Beyond Compare is a decent "simple" alternative.
Otherwise, I could live with the above example.
