Rasberry Pi, LibreElec & Samba

Just installed 18.00 to see if it fixes the problem and no. It may be a setting somewhere if so please tell me what it is.

I've bought a Rasberry Pi and installed LibreElec/Kodi on it. I've turned Samba on and added a userid & password. If I try and connect via XYPlorer I get "Location not available". If I try and connect via Windows Explorer I get the login dialog as I'd expect. Once I've connected via Windows Explorer then I can access the Pi via XYPlorer.

Configuration | Controls and More | Network | Assume that servers are available
enabled?
