Tabsets behavior

I have this tabset of 5 tabs saved under "base set".

When opening this tab set, all other tabs should disappear and these 5 should be in the pane.

But nothing happens when I open "base set", totally nothing.

How are these tabsets supposed to be used?

Exactly as you envisioned them to be used!
We might need some more info on how you save / load your tabset to see what's going wrong.
