Move To submenu missing

On one computer (Win7), which has an older version I can see the Move To Folder options in the right click options
On this one (Win 8 blah), which has a later version of XYP, I cannot see it unless I go to help screen and search for it

How do I enable it again ? I did go through various options but couldnt find one...thanks in advance !

SO I checked all the boxes, even restarted, still dont see any of those options
