Bad encoding on Mouse Down Blow Up text files (Cyrillic symbols, UTF-8)

Text files encoded in UTF-8 with Cyrillic symbols are shown like this:

By the way, Preview tab on Info Panel looks the same:

MDBU on a file that contains ДЖЙ
works fine here.

Did you try it with UTF-8 BOM / UTF-16LE BOM?

UTF-8 with Signature — fine. Unicode BOM — fine too. UTF-8 — still bad.

This should be ticked if the files have no BOM:

Configuration | Preview | Text preview | UTF-8 auto-detection
