Confine MDBU to application window

I use left click and Stay up is disabled. as shown in the attached image: MDBU is still up Firefox window while XYplorer is minimized
even clicking show desktop won't make it go away. I can post GIF if needed

Don't know how you make it stay up with the left mouse.
