xyplorer crashes on clicking option of configuration
it show coffee cup and crashes

please help ... thanks

Congratulations, you are using a cracked version.

Fix is easy: Download a legal version and pay for it.

no
its not true
till yesterday it was running fine
now suddenly its crashing while loading or opening configuration
please help

Uh, that was half-nonsense. I should have said: You are using a cracked key. You should not do that. It's illegal. Get a legal key. This is not freeware. You have to pay for it.
