PowerShell script will not run from within XYplorer

Thank you! That is friggin unbelievable. That's the ONLY way I did not try running this script from XYplorer. Actually if I just right click on the powershell script, then select "Open with powershell" from the context menu, it works. Even though I have .ps1 files configured to open with powershell, if I double click the file, or try to run it any other way from XY, I get the error.
