Definiton of colour of multiple selected items

How to define the colour of multiple selected items? In Configuration, the Selected item colour differs from when I select more items (using the Ctrl button).

If I click on one file name, the name is highlighted. In my case the colour is light blue. Where to define that colour?

This color is defined system wide by Windows. You can change it in the Windows system display settings.
